1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using ClaudeVault ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Products & Licensing
ClaudeVault sells digital products — skills, prompts, and presets for Claude Code — as one-time purchases. Each purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable license to use the purchased assets on up to 3 devices. You may not redistribute, resell, or sublicense the assets.
3. Accounts
You must create an account using Google or GitHub OAuth. You are responsible for all activity under your account. One account per person.
4. Payments & Refunds
All payments are processed by Stripe in EUR. Prices are one-time (no subscriptions). Because digital goods are delivered immediately, refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Contact support@claudevault.dev within 14 days of purchase.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on ClaudeVault is the intellectual property of ClaudeVault. Purchased assets may be used in your own projects but may not be used to create competing products.
6. Limitation of Liability
ClaudeVault is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of our products. AI-generated outputs from Claude using our skills are your responsibility.
7. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
