Terms of Service

1. About ClaudeVault

ClaudeVault is a digital product store for Claude Code skills, prompts, presets, and lessons. It is operated from Spain under the trade name "ClaudeVault." For any questions or concerns, contact us at support@claudevault.dev.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using ClaudeVault ("the Service"), including browsing the website or making a purchase, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

3. Products & Licensing

ClaudeVault sells the following digital products:

  • Bundles — collections of skills, prompts, and presets for Claude Code
  • Lessons — step-by-step educational guides
  • The Vault — all bundles, the full lesson library, and lifetime updates
  • CLI tool (npx claudevault) — for installing and managing purchased assets

Each purchase grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the purchased assets on up to 3 devices. You may use purchased assets in your own projects and workflows.

You may not:

  • Redistribute, resell, or sublicense purchased assets
  • Share your account or credentials with others
  • Publish purchased assets publicly or make them freely available
  • Use assets to create a competing product or service
  • Include assets in bulk or automated training datasets
  • Scrape or systematically download content from ClaudeVault

"Lifetime updates" (applicable to The Vault) means you will receive updates to all included content for as long as ClaudeVault continues to operate as a product. If ClaudeVault ceases operations, all purchased assets remain yours but updates will stop.

4. Accounts

You must sign in using Google or GitHub OAuth to make purchases and access your content. One account per person. You are responsible for all activity under your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

5. Payments & Pricing

  • All purchases are one-time payments — there are no subscriptions.
  • Prices are listed in EUR. USD is also available at checkout.
  • Payments are processed securely by Stripe.
  • Multi-bundle discounts may apply: 10% off for 2 bundles, 20% off for 3 or more.
  • Promotional codes may be offered at our discretion.
  • Prices may change at any time; existing purchases are not affected.

6. Right of Withdrawal (EU Digital Content)

Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU), you have 14 days to withdraw from a purchase of digital content. However, because our products are digital content delivered immediately upon purchase:

  • By completing checkout, you explicitly consent to immediate delivery of digital content.
  • You acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once delivery begins.

This consent is captured via a checkbox during the checkout process.

7. Refunds & Conformity Guarantee

Statutory guarantee: Under the EU Digital Content Directive (2019/770), if a product is defective or does not conform to its description, you have the right to have it brought into conformity. This right applies for up to 2 years from delivery. Contact support@claudevault.dev to report an issue.

Goodwill refund policy: If you experience genuine technical issues that prevent you from using your purchase, contact us within 14 days. We will work to resolve the issue or offer a refund at our discretion.

Not covered: Change of mind after delivery (covered by the withdrawal waiver above), dissatisfaction with AI-generated outputs produced by Claude when using our skills, or violations of these terms.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on ClaudeVault — including skills, prompts, presets, lessons, branding, and website design — is the intellectual property of ClaudeVault. Your purchase grants a license to use the assets, not ownership of the underlying intellectual property.

9. Limitation of Liability

  • ClaudeVault is provided "as is" without warranties beyond those required by applicable law.
  • We are not liable for AI-generated outputs from Claude when using our skills — those outputs are your responsibility.
  • We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, loss of data, or loss of revenue.
  • Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific product in question.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, or anything that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

10. Termination

You may stop using ClaudeVault at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms. On termination, your license to use previously purchased assets survives — you keep what you bought — but access to the platform, CLI, and future updates may be revoked.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms to reflect changes in our practices or legal requirements. Material changes will be communicated via email to registered users at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance. If you disagree with changes, you may stop using the Service; your existing licenses remain valid.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Spain and applicable European Union regulations, including the Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU) and the Digital Content Directive (2019/770). Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Spain, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection provisions of your country of residence.
